I was just going to send this out to customers who picked up Visual Impact Fat Loss Boost... But figured I'd send this out to the entire newsletter instead. We just got off a 14-day diet. Most people got spectacular results. A woman sent this to me this morning. She lost 17 pounds in 14 days! Got another testimonial last night. He lost almost 20 pounds in 14 days. These are exceptional results. Typically, each 14-day Fat Loss Boost, you can expect to lose 8-10 pounds. That isn't all fat. Some of this is water weight. So when you get back to regular eating, you will see the scale go back up a bit. You will regain that water weight. How much water weight will you gain back? It really depends... Usually, when someone loses 10 pounds on the Boost in 2 weeks, they will probably gain back 4-5 pounds. So roughly 5-6 pounds of TRUE fat loss in 2 weeks. Again... This depends on how lean someone is, age, height, current body fat percentage, etc. What do you eat after this diet to not regain body fat? I recommend eating kind of light after you come off of a Boost. Obviously, it's fun to have a big celebration dinner on day 14 or day 15. Have that fun dinner with a tasty dessert... But that first week after the diet, I take recommend taking advantage of that lower appetite and eat fewer calories for 6-7 days. What I like to do is keep calories low for lunch. Then I'll have a fun carb-filled low-fat dinner but just eat smaller portions. One of my go-to meals is spaghetti with 99% fat-free turkey and marina sauce. I'll eat a bunch of French bread along with it. It's basically Visual Impact High Carb Fat Loss style meals. *This high carb, low-fat template is a perfect way to eat after a boost.* The carbs will heat up your metabolism after a Boost without adding body fat. The trick is to keep fat low when eating carbs. Another one of my favorite High Carb Fat Loss style meals is street tacos made with corn tortillas, chopped seasoned chicken breasts, lime, onions, cilantro, salsa. I think everything tastes better in a tortilla with salsa. Corn tortillas are low-fat, so work perfectly. I usually just microwave between two damp paper towels. How many calories should you aim for after a 14-day boost? It's impossible to give you an exact answer. The cool thing is that I know roughly how many calories you have been eating during the 14-day Boost. Since you have been eating 600-900 calories per day... I like the idea of easing back up to your previous maintenance level of calories. Here's a rough outline of what this would look like for someone who can maintain weight at 2,700 calories per day.
This isn't exact and you really don't have to count calories. I just like the idea of working your way back up to maintenance for a week or two. This way your metabolism will be recovered. Then you can cut back into a deficit again or do another 14-day boost, etc. Hope this helps, -Rusty P.S. I just scanned the Facebook Group this morning. People are posting their 14-day results. I plan on responding to each one, but I'll post a few here. 13 pounds of weight loss and 2.5 inches off the waist... 10.6 pounds of weight loss and 2% body fat reduction... 12.8 pounds lost... 8 pounds in 12 days... Lost 6.7% of body weight and 1.25 inches from belly... Lost 10.6 pounds in less than 14 days... This works incredibly well for everyone who follows the diet. It's about as close to foolproof as you can get. It's just a $19 mini-course. The Facebook Group is free and basically optional for those who want to do this along with me when I do it. |
Fat loss and muscle definition strategies by former personal trainer to fashion models, Rusty Moore.
Years ago, I had a friend who bought one of those ab contraction machines. The type made the abs flex involuntarily. Now, he actually needed to get leaner more than anything. But for adding strength and mass - it turns out these machines actually work. You still need to do traditional lifting, but they can enhance the results you get from a regular routine. A new meta-analysis[1] came out a couple of weeks ago. They analyzed 13 studies with 374 participants. Combining electrical muscle...
