My friend Nick Nilsson just launched his newest program.

It's aimed at 40+ year-olds.

It covers some advanced approaches to gain strength and injury-proof yourself as you get older.

I just finished reading it, and I'm going to implement several concepts into my current workout program.

If you already are following a program, you can simply implement many of the strategies outlined here to upgrade your strength levels.

I messed up my Achilles several years ago, and it feels fine now... but I plan on paying special attention to Phase 1 and 2 to prevent a future injury there.
