Visual Impact ($10 Any Course) - Fire Sale

I shut down the ability to order any of my courses about two weeks ago.

I made the decision to shut down the business, but should have given more of a heads-up.

I've had people bummed that they weren't able to get some of the courses.

Also in my last email, I forgot to thank Yavor.

Yavor has been invaluable to Visual Impact.

He's been managing all customer service, helping me with graphics and tech stuff over the past 10+ years.

He's super positive, calm under pressure, etc.

Yavor is a total badass.

One more thing.

I have 10 days left with my email list.

So I may email a few more times because this will be my last chance to communicate like this.

If you want to hear from me at a future point?

I'll send out an email tomorrow about how you can get added to a special list (I can download those emails for a future project or group, etc).

^^^I don't even know what it will be.

Possibly a group for entrepreneurs, etc.

I do plan on mastering AI, coding, software, etc.

If you enjoy my writing or teaching style, you might want to click that link.

I'll just capture those emails and possibly in 6 months, 9 months, 2 years, etc... contact you again.

Okay...

The courses.

Until the end of this week, you can get ANY of the Visual Impact Courses for $10.

*I'm just putting a really short description for each, more details on the sales pages. I wrote 12 total courses over 18 years. Didn't realize that until today!

  • Visual Impact Muscle Building: My very first course. It's about building muscle while maintaining good proportions. Too many men's muscle-building courses are focused too much on squats and deadlifts in my opinion.
  • Visual Impact for Women: A course aimed at women to gain strength and muscle tone without excess size, because lifting CAN cause excess bulk despite trainers telling women that it doesn't.
  • Visual Impact Cardio: This is by far the most comprehensive course written on how to lose fat with cardio machines ever written, lol. I'm kind of obsessed with cardio machines, so this was fun for me to write.
  • Visual Impact Frequency Training: Build muscle strength and density by training each muscle group daily. This style of training is for Intermediate-to-Advanced lifters only.
  • Visual Impact High Carb Fat Loss: Lose weight by eating a high-carb low fat diet. Opposite of Keto and how I like to eat to stay lean.
  • Visual Impact Ageless: Most middle-aged trainers I know couldn’t figure out how to get and stay lean… WITHOUT the help of TRT. This is the routine that addresses the problems of staying lean as you get older. My most practical course and the routine I personally follow most of the year.
  • Visual Impact Kettlebells: A kettlebell workout I partnered with Chris Lopez to create that focuses on fat loss and the slim and fit Visual Impact look. Incredible for anyone who wants to work out from home. This routine was a lifesaver for me during Covid.
  • Visual Impact Fat Loss Boost: This is probably the course I get the most compliments on because it works every time without fail. I'd say the true value here is the Facebook Group (I'm going to keep that group up). I almost could create an entire business based on this diet method.
  • Visual Impact Final Burn: This course teaches you how to finish off your current workout, with 15-minute resistance training routines aimed at burning calories at the fastest possible rate.
  • Visual Impact Close-Quarters Conditioning: Yavor and I created this home workout program during Covid once gyms started shutting down. A little part of history.
  • Visual Impact Lightning Rounds: This is a way to do effortless cardio with sets of 3 reps. It's kind of like HIIT, but not really. Underrated technique to burn calories and lose fat in a small space. I still use this method in my garage on a regular basis.
  • Visual Impact Eccentric Calisthenics: Why emphasizing the eccentric (lowering) part of an exercise can increase strength and help with nagging injuries. I used this successfully to help gain strength while rehabbing an Achilles injury.

I just talked to my sister today, who is part of some of the Facebook Groups.

She told me how she is blown away by how positive and encouraging everyone is.

I agree.

I have made a ton of friends from doing this over the years.

I plan on having beers with several of you (whether you like it or not).

Anyway...

If you want to grab any of my past courses?

You'll be able to order until Sunday this weekend.

Cheers,

-Rusty

Tomorrow night at 9 PM PST, I'll be shuttting down all the order buttons for all of my courses. Until then, you can grab any of those courses for $10 (links to all 12 courses below). I'm going to renew this list for one more month to buy more time. I can't operate Visual Impact the way it is configured now - But I would hate to lose or sell 18 years of work. I appreciate the support on this $10 sale. This has given me the money to keep the website up indefinitely and the member's site up at...

Well, it's been a good run. 🙏🏼 In early 2007, I published my first fitness article online on a website called Ezinearticles.com. That first article did well. So I wrote more. Soon, I had 20-30 articles that were getting read thousands of times each day. I linked out in my bio to my favorite course at the time "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" by Tom Venuto (still one of the best fitness courses ever written). I made a commission for each sale of his course. It was a nice $500-$600 per month...

Years ago, I had a friend who bought one of those ab contraction machines. The type made the abs flex involuntarily. Now, he actually needed to get leaner more than anything. But for adding strength and mass - it turns out these machines actually work. You still need to do traditional lifting, but they can enhance the results you get from a regular routine. A new meta-analysis[1] came out a couple of weeks ago. They analyzed 13 studies with 374 participants. Combining electrical muscle...
